South Asian Institute of Research & Education
Thank you for choosing South Asian Management Research Journal as a publication outlet
South Asian Management Research Journal (SAMRJ) publishes articles on emerging business and management challenges that can significantly contribute to the academic and practice domains with sound results. It covers empirical and conceptual research on new and innovative topics with a sound theoretical base applicable to non-routine challenges in today’s organizations’ everyday work practices. The research activities may span all industrial and management disciplines utilizing both the ‘outside in’ and ‘inside out’ approaches.
SAMRJ publishes in all fields of ‘Management’ covering organization studies, strategic planning, decision-making methods, leadership studies, management science, and total quality management. The topics that have organization relevance overlapping with Applied Psychology; Business; Business, Finance, Industrial Relations & Labor; Public Administration, and Social Psychology are also acceptable. However, keeping in view our aims, SAMRJ is only interested in theoretical perspectives about organization theory and or data/evidence on South Asia.
